Strangers

Fleeting emotions,
Emptiness in the eyes,
Our small world crumbled,
In the unsaid good bye.

We both got wounds,
In this fight so cold,
Frequent silence so long,
And this pattern so old.

Something wrong I guess,
The way we tried,
We both drifted away,
When that last smile died.

Were we on the wrong ends,
In this journey throughout?
Miles together we walked,
Then you vanished in the crowd.

This is how we lost each other,
In the act of finding self,
We are strangers for life now,
And we both can't help !
